EdgeGrip Glow is constructed using photoluminescent resins. These resins omit a photoluminescent glow in the event of sudden darkness, providing anexcellent step safety enhancement. EdgeGrip Glow is ideal if there is sudden power failure on stairways, which hinder safe evacuation.

In addition to glow characteristics, EdgeGrip Glow will also provide a clear contrasting slip resistant nosing, much the same as the standard EdgeGrip profile, during normal daylight hours. EdgeGrip Glow is currently only available in a standard 70x30mm profile to deal with the older style buildings, which are not covered under the requirementsof the new current Building Regulations. A 55x55mm version is available as a special order but subject te extended lead time and minimum order quantities.
