The TOSA-2/21 LED Floodlight is a new (2025) developed IP66 light fixture for ATEX Zone 2, 21. Highly resistant aluminium with a surface treatment guaranteeing extremely hight resistance to salty environments, corrosion resistance C5M, splash and dust resistance IP66 lighting fixture is designed for lighting of areas with danger of explosion. Ready for looping, adjustable boom allows a wide variation in the use of the luminaire. Light fixture is ATEX certified (TÜV 25 ATEX 9256X/9255X) Ex II 3G Ex nR IIC T6/T5 Gc and Ex II 2D Ex tb IIIC T80°C/T95°C Db. and IECEx certified (IECEx TUR 25.0015X) Ex nR IIC T6/T5 Gc and Ex tb IIIC T80°C/T95°C Db. For extra protection of the light fixture there is an optional Protective Grille available. The design is extremely slim with only 61,5/85mm thickness.

The EXTRA-Ex1/21-LED is an new (2026) developed IP66/IP67 luminaire for ATEX Zone 1, 21. High chemical resistance, splash and dust resistant luminaire EXTRA-Ex1/21-LED is determinated for lighting areas with danger of explosion. Luminaire is ATEX certified by FTZÚ Ostrava-Radvanice (certificate FTZÚ 25 ATEX 0055X) Ex II 2G Ex eb mb IIC T4 Gb and Ex II 2D Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db. and IECEx certified (IECEx FTZU 25.0019X) Ex eb mb IIC T4 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db . The EXTEND-Ex-P-LED is an IP66 and IK08 luminiare for ATEX Zone 1, 21. Dustproof lighting fixture EXTEND-Ex-P-LED with splash water resistance for lighting of areas with danger of explosion. The lighting fixture is certified by FTZU Ostrava-Radvanice (certificate type FTZU 16 ATEX 0080X). The luminaire has a Plastic material GRP (Polyester filled with fibreglass) housing and a clear Polycarbonate cover. The AQUA-70-Ex-LED is an IP66/IP68 and IK10 luminaire for ATEX Zone 1, 21. Dustproof and watertight lighting fixture AQUA-70 Ex-LED for lighting of areas with danger of explosion. The lighting fixture is certified by FTZU Ostrava-Radvanice (certificate type FTZU 17 ATEX 0052X). The extreme impact resistant housing (IK10) is made from clear polycarbonate with a wall thickness of 4mm. Fastening can be by using polycarbonate plastic or stainless steel mounting brackets or suspension mounting by means of cable suspenders. The mounting brackets or suspenders must be ordered separatly. The light fixtures are available with an electric disconnector plug or with a cable gland. ATEX Ex LED Emergency – and Escape Route Luminaires

The KERN-Ex1/21 LED is and emergency – escape route LED luminaire for ATEX Zone 1, 21. The luminaire is high water and dust resistance with it’s protection of IP66/IP67 and impact resistance IK08. Made fro UV-stable polycarbonate and the opal diffusers provides effective light distribution. The luminaires can be ordered in light colours 4.000K, 5.000K and 6.500K. Easy installation is a big benefit. There are multiple options available from only an emergency light up to 3h maintained with Autotest or DALI protocol. The LED luminaires are ATEX certified and IECEx certified.
